Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning is the fastest growing public college in Ontario. It is a leader in polytechnic education serving more than 23,000 annually. It was established in 1967 as the Conestoga College of Applied Arts and Technology and later in 2002 changed its name to the current one. Conestoga is the only college to offer engineering degrees accredited by CEAB. The Bachelor of Applied Health Information Science is the only undergraduate program accredited by the Canadian Health Information Management Association. The 28 Co-Op programs offered by Conestoga college hold accreditation from Co-operative Education and Work-Integrated Learning Canada (CEWIL Canada).The institution has approximately 23,000 students across all its campuses. As of the 2019-20 fall intake, it holds an enrolment of 7000 international students representing over 80 countries from around the world.
